What You Will Do

• Safety First - Every task you undertake embodies responsibility and safety awareness
• Welding Wizardry - Select and install the appropriate welding wire and gas blend
• Mastering the Blueprint - Interpret welding instructions and structural blueprints with precision
• Welding Symbols - Proficiently decode and comprehend welding symbols
• Quality Assurance - Verify both the quantity and quality of welded parts
• Precision in Action - Utilize a fuel gas hand torch for heat straightening
• Diverse Operations - Participate in cleaning, assembly, and straightening tasks as directed
• Machine Mastery - Configure and fine-tune welding equipment for optimal
• performance
• Embrace Variety - Be involved in various welding methods including GMAW, Flux, Sub Arc, etc.
• Upholding Quality Standards - Maintain adherence to all quality policies, specifications, and instructions.

What We Expect Of You

• A minimum of two (2) years of welding experience.
• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to Heavy Manufacturing in a Job Shop environment.
